Role Description

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team full-time (on-site in Gurugram).

This role is for someone who can independently manage and scale digital growth across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and eCommerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart.

You will be responsible for driving leads, sales, and ROI, not just running campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Manage and scale Amazon & Flipkart ads + listings (PPC, SEO, conversions)
• Implement and improve SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, back linking and technical basics)
• Build and execute lead generation & performance marketing funnels
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data (ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions)
• Identify new growth opportunities across channels and platforms
• Work closely with creative/content teams to improve ad performance
