    Growth Associate - Job Description

    About PARIKSHE

    PARIKSHE is a rapidly growing ed-tech initiative reshaping how students in Karnataka prepare

    for SSLC (Class 10) and PUC (Class 11–12) Board Exams. With a learner-first approach and a

    strong focus on high-quality bilingual content, we’re expanding swiftly across YouTube, our

    mobile app, and both online and offline events.

    As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Growth Associate to join our team: someone who can

    generate leads, convert leads into paid users, support program management, drive analytics,

    and ensure smooth planning and execution across initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fulfill the following roles:

    • Student Enrollment and Growth Enabler: Drive large-scale student enrollments into

    the paid offerings through targeted outreach, WhatsApp engagement, and campaign

    strategies. Collaborate closely with internal academic, content, and product teams to

    ensure smooth conversion and retention workflows.

    • Data Operations and Management: Generate, sanitize, and organize student data from

    multiple channels, including WhatsApp, the Growth and Management team, and school

    partnerships. Ensure timely upload and maintenance of data within internal systems.

    Create structured templates to communicate effectively.

    • Digital Communications: Manage and coordinate digital communication with multiple

    stakeholders, including government authorities, partner organizations, and schools to

    ensure smooth and timely implementation of the program.

    • Parikshe Ambassador Program: Oversee the Parikshe Ambassador program,

    ensuring effective implementation and gathering feedback from schools to improve the

    program's impact continually. Develop, implement, track, and optimize a strategic plan

    that aligns with the project's scope and focus.

    • Data analysis: Collect and analyze program data, ensuring the high quality of data

    collected through periodic checks, and write reports and case studies. Measure and

    report the performance of all outreach campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI

    and KPIs).

    • School relations: Conduct regular field visits to schools to understand the

    needs/challenges of stakeholders, gather insights/stories, and support the team in

    improving the program's effectiveness. Conduct support sessions for facilitators across

    the state.

    Additional Requirements

    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.
    • Undertake effective monitoring and evaluation of the program to ensure successful

    outcomes.

    • Coordinate outreach and implementation efforts toward program goals.
    • Travel extensively to get schools to sign up and adopt PARIKSHE offerings.

    Qualifications And Experiential Requirements

    • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales - Ed tech experience preferred.
    • Fluency in Kannada and English (Read and write) is a must.
    • Knowledge of basic technical requirements for program delivery.
    • Prior experience working with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and meet tight deadlines.

    Skills And Competencies Required

    • Lead generation, conversion, and retention.
    • Ability to establish good working relationships with the team, government stakeholders,

    and partner organizations.

    • Ability to coordinate projects at scale and ensure successful implementation.
    • Good presentation skills.
    • Ownership and self-drive are essential.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Adaptability: Ability to handle change and work in a dynamic environment.

    Location: Marathahalli , Bengaluru. ( with regular travel to different districts of Karnataka when

    needed ) Work from office - 5 days a week.

    Compensation: 4-8 LPA (as per experience, negotiable).
