We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth & Marketing Executive to accelerate customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimenting with new marketing strategies, and has a strong understanding of digital ecosystems. You will play a key role in driving scalable growth initiatives across multiple channels, with a focus on performance, creativity, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute growth marketing strategies aimed at increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and manage campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Identify and experiment with innovative and viral marketing techniques to maximize reach and brand recall.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives including lead generation, account-based marketing, and partnership campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and improve customer journey across touchpoints.
  • Continuously test new growth channels and marketing technologies to scale performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with viral marketing campaigns and growth hacking techniques.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, including lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization.
  • Strong expertise in social media marketing, including content planning, engagement strategies, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
