Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Group Head role based in Bengaluru. The Group Head will oversee and manage cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and enhance organizational performance. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, leading and mentoring team members, building client relationships, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Additionally, the role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• Leadership and People Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, mentor talent, and foster collaboration across departments.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Experience in developing and implementing business strategies, managing large-scale projects, and driving organizational growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Project and Time Management: Expertise in overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify challenges, provide innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) is a strong asset.
