What you’ll be doing:

Owning BAU across a multi-site, multi-currency setup - keeping things tight, controlled, and moving forward.

• Lead monthly reporting & group consolidations
• Own month-end & year-end (UK GAAP)
• Drive working capital through AR oversight
• Support budgets, forecasts & variance analysis
• Keep cash flowing & treasury sharp
• Strengthen controls, manage audits & ensure compliance
• Lead a team and raise standards across the board
• Play a key role in integrating new acquisitions

You’ll be in the detail but always connected to the bigger picture. Exposure to international operations, M&A activity, and real strategic conversations.

What they’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Proven experience in multi-site environments
• Strong on reporting, controls (multi-currency)
• Strong on audit and stats
• Ideally from a product / stock-led business
• Someone proactive who wants to understand the business, not just report on it
