Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ground Staff Ticket Checker/Cabin Crew. This role involves working at the airport and on our flights, ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the airport, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
Verify tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
Handle any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and efficient manner
Conduct safety and security checks on the aircraft before and after flights
Assist passengers with any special needs or requests, such as disabilities or dietary restrictions
Ensure the cabin is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Demonstrate emergency procedures and provide safety instructions to passengers
Serve food and beverages to passengers during flights
Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and timely operation
Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe travel environment for passengers and crew members Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
