Job Title: Gresham CTC Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune, Hyderabad Job Summary Seeking an experienced Gresham CTC Developer to implement and support business process roadmaps, conduct data and gap analysis, define business requirements, and contribute to solution development for enterprise financial systems. The role involves client engagement, technical leadership, and collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client business strategies. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary client contact for engagement, balancing technical delivery with client interaction (10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners). Analyze and validate client business strategies including industry positioning and competitive landscape. Develop and tailor solutions and services aligning with client business goals. Estimate project scope, deliverables, and assess risks. Lead project engagements, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. Drive proposal creation and support pre-sales activities. Contribute to practice development including frameworks, policies, and methodologies. Mentor and guide junior team members to deliver optimal solutions. Create reusable intellectual property (IP) from managed projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with exposure to financial systems or related business process software. Strong understanding of business process analysis, data analysis, and requirements gathering. Experience in solution development and delivery in enterprise environments. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership with ability to drive projects and mentor junior staff. Familiarity with proposal development and sales support processes. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial services applications, particularly those involving enterprise data management. Knowledge of Gresham technologies or similar CTC platforms. Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and best practices
