Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Audit and Compliance professional. The role involves conducting comprehensive audits to ensure regulatory compliance, assessing financial statements, and identifying areas of risk within the organization. The individual will also be responsible for preparing audit reports, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks. Day-to-day tasks will require critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to draw actionable insights from financial and non-financial data.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess risks, evaluate processes, and draw accurate conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills for crafting clear audit reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of finance and expertise in analyzing financial statements to support compliance and audit processes.
• Practical experience or training in auditing practices, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CIA, or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with governance and risk management best practices is advantageous.
