Job Description:

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.
• Present finalised ideas and concepts to the internal teams and clients.
• Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and advertising.
• Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
• Interpret the client's business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
• Obtain approval of the concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Maintaining necessary design trackers to track their work and ensuring as per scope we are delivering from the design front.

Skills Required:

• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
• Excellent design and artistic abilities.
• Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on.
• Great time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
