Role Description We are seeking a creative and strategic professional with strong graphic design and video editing skills to join our team. Your role includes creating project elements. You will be responsible for designing graphics, editing videos, maintaining brand consistency, and bringing innovative ideas to life across multiple platforms to enhance our brand presence. You must have experience with Canva and be willing to learn new tools.? ? Key Responsibilities Produce engaging graphics and manage creative content for LinkedIn, Instagram, web, and digital media. Create content calendars, schedule posts, and track performance metrics and maintain brand identity. Develop visually engaging graphics and motion content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, and stories. Edit and produce reels, event highlights, and other digital content with smooth transitions, captions, and motion graphics. Collaborate with the design team to visualize ideas while developing brand-aligned messaging and confidently presenting creative concepts to internal stakeholders. Support digital marketing initiatives as needed. Understand technical project elements to produce relevant content. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor?s degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or similar role. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong visual sense with expertise in design, color, layout and typography. Creative mindset with a proactive approach to developing new ideas . Experience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail . Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.?
