Position: Layout Coordinator

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate in any field, Degree/Diploma in Design is preferred. Skills in handling software’s like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW with basic excel knowledge.

Work Experience:

• Preferably 3 + years’ experience from a reputable pharmaceutical company handling pharmaceutical and medical devices layout designing with coordination role.
• Moderate English communication skills and should be able to work as an effective team member.
• A natural flair for planning and co-ordination.
• The ability to carry out multiple tasks while keeping the overview updates.
• Familiar with pharmaceutical/medical devices applicable designing requirements.
• Excellent computer skills, and must be familiar with MS office, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in handling Adobe graphics programs (Illustrator and In Design) and Corel Draw added benefit.
• Should be able to meet project deadlines as per needs.
• Should maintain a positive attitude and good behavior while handling different tasks in targeted timelines.

Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Function as a primary layout designing and co-ordinating with Manufacturer and sharing final layout to the manufacturer as per project requirement.
2. Developing a layout as per guidelines specified in layout manual.
3. Archival of final layout files in respective folder.
4. Update layout status in D-365 with necessary information.
5. Follow up with Manufacturer to meet layout completion timelines.
6. Representation of layout function to support sales segment.
7. Assist Regulatory Affairs team on layout requirement for product registration purpose.
