We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team onsite at our office in Newroad, Pokhara. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing strategic concepts to life through compelling visual content. You will work closely with our content and technical teams to produce premium digital assets, social media campaigns, and marketing materials that align perfectly with our clients' brand identities.

• Visual Storytelling: Translate marketing strategies, brand narratives, and content pipelines into high-converting, visually stunning graphic designs.
• Content Production: Design premium assets for diverse social media platforms, digital ads, marketing collateral, and brand campaigns.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain, enforce, and elevate the visual guidelines of Sunya and our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring absolute consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our content creators, marketing strategists, and technical team members to brainstorm and execute cohesive campaigns.
• Trend Integration: Stay ahead of design trends, typography, color theory, and digital marketing aesthetics to keep our visual output fresh and premium.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or fast-paced corporate environment experience is a major plus).
• Location: Ability to work full-time onsite at our office in Newroad, Pokhara.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or similar creative suites).Habit of using Designing AI tools in must neccessary.
• Design Sense: A strong eye for clean layouts, sharp typography, and sophisticated color palettes. An understanding of minimalist or highend premium aesthetics is highly valued.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing realworld design work, creative concepts, and successful marketing assets.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle constructive feedback and tight deadlines with professionalism.
