Role Overview

The Media Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and editing high-quality visual content to strengthen brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires creativity, technical skills in video production, and an understanding of branding and marketing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging video content, reels, and Graphics for social media platforms.
• Capture on-site project installations, product demonstrations, and client testimonials.
• Edit videos using professional software with proper transitions, sound design, and branding elements.
• Develop content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create awareness-driven content.
• Manage and maintain media files, footage, and digital assets.
• Stay updated with social media trends and video formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Required Skills & Technical Proficiency

• Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Graphics Design tools ( Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.)
• Basic photography and videography skills (camera handling, lighting, framing).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy.
• Creative storytelling and visual composition ability.
• Ability to shoot both indoor and on-site projects.

Work Details

• Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday
• Location: Nagpur (Office + On-site Projects)
• Accommodation: Provided if on outstation assignment
