We’re looking for someone who can help us turn ideas into content that actually feels human on LinkedIn.

But someone who understands storytelling, pacing, emotion, simplicity, and attention.

Your role would involve:

• Editing short-form videos/reels for LinkedIn & Instagram
• Designing carousels, post creatives, thumbnails, and brand visuals
• Understanding different personal brands and adapting creatively
• Bringing fresh visual ideas instead of template-heavy content
• Working closely with strategy + content teams

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design principles
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Strong command of Typography and its creative applications
• Ability to work with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in creating both digital and print designs is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus

Location: Nagpur is highly preferred.
