We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms, supporting branding initiatives, and enhancing our marketing and communication materials. The candidate should have strong creative skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative visuals for social media, website, advertisements, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.

Develop branding materials including logos, flyers, posters, and presentations.

Create engaging graphics for academic campaigns, admissions promotions, and institutional events.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to understand design requirements.

Edit and enhance images, videos, and digital content when required.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when necessary.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Multimedia Software

1–3 years of experience in graphic design (education sector experience preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Knowledge of Canva and other online design tools.

Strong creativity with attention to detail.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience in social media creatives and digital marketing materials.

Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Photography and photo-editing skills.
