As a Digital Marketing / Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create compelling visual assets and designs for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content that enhances brand awareness, engages the target audience, and drives customer acquisition and retention. Collaborating with team members, including copywriters and marketing teams, graphic designers ensure that all materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Asset Creation: Design and produce a wide range of visual assets for paid social (Meta, Google Ads), email, landing pages, and display advertising. Creating design variations for A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives.Β
- Brand Consistency: Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and creative teams to develop concepts and translate campaign strategies into visuals.
- Adaptability: Optimize and resize graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring quality and fast load times.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest digital design trends, user behavior, and platform requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital/performance marketing design (agency or in-house).
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, familiarity with video editing is a plus.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with ad platforms, social media, and conversion-focused design principles (UI/UX basics).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, ability to work under pressure, and a strong portfolio.
