ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Motion Designer (2-4 years experience) who can own motion deliverables from concept to final export. You work independently, understand brand systems, and know how to make motion feel intentional -- not just decorative.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (a.k.a. Your Daily Toast)

- Owning motion graphics output across social content, ads, and brand campaigns

- Building motion systems and animation guidelines for client brands

- Creating reels, animated ads, story sequences, and branded video content

- Collaborating with design, content, and strategy teams on campaign execution

- Using AI video and motion tools to accelerate production and explore new formats

- Managing your own timelines across multiple active brands

TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition

Cinema 4D or Blender (basic 3D is a plus)

AI TOOLS WE USE

Higgsfield - AI video generation, scene creation, and motion content

Runway / Pika - AI-assisted video editing and generative clips

Adobe Firefly Video - generative video effects and transitions

ChatGPT / Claude - scripting, storyboarding, and creative briefing

Magnific AI - image enhancement for video thumbnails and stills

BONUS POINTS IF YOU

- Can write a motion brief and articulate your animation choices

- Have worked with AI-generated video and know how to art-direct it

- Have experience with 3D elements in motion work

• This is an In Person, On-Site Role based out of Ahmedabad.
