Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for both client and internal marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of digital marketing creatives, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual assets across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics for client and internal marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality creatives for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, blogs, and other digital marketing assets.
• Develop banners, advertisements, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and translate requirements into impactful creative solutions.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and deliver timely revisions.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design, motion design, and creating static ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills to convey creative concepts and ideas effectively.

Portfolio Requirement
