The Ready to Work Internship Program offers paid, hands-on experience for students interested in building professional skills within a dynamic sports and entertainment organization. Interns will support day-to-day operations, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to how teams collaborate across the business.
Interns will participate in structured onboarding, professional development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and meaningful project-based work aligned to team priorities. This program is designed to provide practical experience, skill-building, and career exposure for emerging talent in the San Antonio community.

Who You Are: To be eligible for the Ready to Work Internship Program, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
- Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student, including:
- Rising undergraduate juniors, or
- Graduate students who have completed at least one year of their program
- Must have at least one academic year remaining following completion of the internship
- Must be eligible to participate in the City of San Antonio’s Ready to Work Program
- Must be based in or attending school in the San Antonio area
- Must be available to participate in the full 8-week internship program (June 22 – August 14, 2026)
- Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating graphics for digital and print materials (social media, presentations, marketing assets)
- Support the development and execution of visual brand elements
- Help organize and maintain design files and creative assets
- Collaborate with team members on design projects and creative concepts
- Practical experience in graphic design and creative production workflows
- Exposure to branding, marketing design, motion graphics, and visual communication strategies
- Strengthened design, creativity, and attention-to-detail skill
