Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Noida. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing the layout and design of various marketing materials, working on branding and logo design projects, and ensuring consistency in typography and graphic elements. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that designs align with company branding and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality graphics for digital & print media (web, social, brochures, ads, etc.)

• Create and edit video content for multiple platforms

• Collaborate with marketing/communications teams to align designs with brand goals

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from brief to final delivery

• Work with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

• Manage and organize the digital asset library

• Stay updated with latest design & AI trends

• Review and proof graphics for quality and accuracy

• Support other creative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design (preferably in manufacturing or energy sector)
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Strong skills in Typography
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
