Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs for book covers, promotional materials, digital campaigns, and branding assets aligned with client and company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing graphic concepts, executing layouts, refining typography, and ensuring brand consistency across print and digital platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, editing, and web teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual communication. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files and contribute to continuous improvement of HubHawks’ visual identity.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and polished visual work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing or maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type effectively for covers, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an interest in books, publishing, or creative industries.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Should have experience in working for publishing industry.
