About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of motion graphics to join our design team. This role will work closely with brand, marketing, and content teams to bring the visual language of Anita Dongre and Grassroot to life across digital platforms — blending heritage, sustainability, and contemporary design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, campaigns, lookbooks, and e-commerce
• Create motion graphics, reels, short videos, and animated content for brand storytelling and marketing initiatives
• Translate brand aesthetics into visually compelling graphics aligned with the luxury and craft-led identity of the labels
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns
• Adapt designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail
• Stay updated with design, fashion, and motion trends relevant to premium and lifestyle brands
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced creative environment

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or retail brands
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects / Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Sensitivity towards Indian crafts, textiles, sustainability, and luxury aesthetics
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
