HeptaCare Health is a dynamic healthcare startup dedicated to transforming elective surgery in India through advanced, minimally invasive treatments for over 50 conditions including piles, hernia, kidney stones, and more. Our patient-first approach ensures comfort, clarity, and care from diagnosis to recovery, facilitated by a dedicated Care Coordinator. We partner with top-rated hospitals and skilled surgeons to provide laser and laparoscopic surgeries that promote faster recovery and minimal hospital stays. With a presence in over 20 cities and growing, we are making high-quality surgical care accessible, affordable, and transparent across India.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can design high-converting ad creatives, social media content, and promotional materials for digital platforms. The candidate should also be able to create engaging video reels and write basic content in Telugu and English.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media marketing trends and can design content that attracts attention and drives engagement.

• Design ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms

• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video content

• Design posters, banners, and promotional creatives for marketing campaigns

• Develop social media posts and branding creatives

• Write short captions, ad copies, and reel content in Telugu and English

• Edit videos for social media marketing and promotional campaigns

• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and marketing goals

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools

• Ability to create high-quality social media reels and short-form videos

• Knowledge of social media trends and ad creatives

• Good content writing skills in Telugu and English

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

• Any Degree

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

• Telugu – Mandatory

• Ability to think creatively and produce engaging visuals

• Experience in creating ad creatives and reels
