We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can bring visual stories to life through eye-catching designs and engaging videos across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create visually appealing designs for: WhatsApp marketing creatives Email marketing campaigns Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts Website banners, thumbnails, and blog illustrations Print collaterals like brochures, flyers, and standees (as needed) Develop brand-aligned templates and ensure consistency in visual identity across platforms. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and digital promotions. Understand target audience behavior and design with purpose ? clarity, emotion, and engagement. Video Creation & Editing Create short-form and long-form videos for: WhatsApp & email marketing campaigns Instagram Reels, Facebook & YouTube Shorts LinkedIn promotional videos and storytelling content Product explainers, testimonials, and ad videos Work with the marketing and content team to conceptualize storyboards and scripts. Add text overlays, motion graphics, transitions, background music, and voiceovers as required. Optimize video dimensions and quality for various platforms. Required Skills & Tools Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Pro preferred) Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent Understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and content psychology Basic knowledge of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and storytelling Strong sense of creativity, speed, and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Familiarity with E-commerce, Hospitality, and Tourism design styles preferred Completed or certified in a Graphic Design / Motion Graphics / Video Editing course Eligibility Criteria 1?3 years of professional experience (E-commerce or Hospitality/Tourism industry preferred) Portfolio showcasing both static designs and video projects Excellent communication and creative thinking Immediate joiner preferred Trial / Probation Period (1 Week) During the trial, the designer will be given sample tasks such as: 1. Design Task: Create 3?5 static creatives for Travifai?s WhatsApp & Instagram marketing campaigns. Example: hotel listing promo, travel quote post, platform announcement. 2. Video Task: Create one 15?30 sec short video (Instagram Reel / WhatsApp promo) introducing Travifai. Include brand colors, text overlays, transitions, and music. 3. Bonus Task (Optional): Design a one-page email marketing banner layout. These will help assess creativity, attention to detail, and speed of execution.
