Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics across digital, website, social media and print platforms while ensuring alignment with our brand identity. You?ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to create compelling designs that engage our audience and communicate our message. ? Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials. Create eye-catching visuals for digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing channels. Work on brand identity projects, including logos, brochures, banners, and print media. ? Concept Development: Assist in brainstorming and developing new creative concepts for marketing campaigns. ? Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, especially in social media and digital marketing. ? Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using design software to meet brand standards. ? Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and development teams to understand design needs and deliver on project objectives. Translate business requirements into creative visual solutions. ? Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution within the project timeline. ? Content Editing: Edit and manipulate images and videos for use across various digital platforms. Design infographics, charts, and data visuals to effectively communicate information. ? Key Requirements: Education: Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. ? Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design. Proven experience delivering designs for both digital and print media. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, particularly in social media marketing, Advertising and more. ? Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). ? Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design concepts. ?
