Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Lucknow. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and product-related graphics that align with AVCONEXPO’s brand and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layouts, logos, and branding assets, selecting appropriate typography, and ensuring consistency of visual identity across all channels. The role involves collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex ideas into clear visual communication, preparing files for production, and refining designs based on feedback and project guidelines. The Graphic Designer will also support the continuous improvement of design standards and contribute creative input to campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to develop professional visual concepts and layouts.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and maintaining consistent brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type for clarity and visual impact.
• Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with designing for both digital and print media; experience in engineering or technology sectors is an advantage.
