Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Bareilly, collaborating closely with the marketing team to create visual assets that support digital campaigns, brand communication, and patient acquisition strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for social media, websites, ads, and landing pages; developing logos and brand elements for healthcare and IVF clients; and maintaining consistent visual identities across all touchpoints. The role involves working with typography, layout, and color to produce clear, engaging designs aligned with campaign objectives. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for various digital and print formats, coordinate with content and performance marketing teams, and contribute creative ideas to enhance client brand presence.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Ability to create effective Logo Design and Branding elements for healthcare and IVF clients.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design to ensure clear, accessible communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work in digital marketing, social media creatives, and brand design.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and capacity to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with marketing, content, and client-facing teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
