Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and UI Designer to join our team at Arrise, powering Pragmatic Play. You'll design high-quality visuals that enhance user experience and align with our brand. Collaborating across teams, you'll play a key role in shaping engaging and functional designs for our platforms.    

Key Responsibilities

Produce design assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations optimised for various devices and screen sizes.
Design visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Research and stay updated with industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging tools.
Partner with UX designers to craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces.
Focus on asset optimisation and file efficiency, ensuring high-quality visuals without impacting performance.

Requirements

More than 2 years of experience in graphic and UI/UX design for digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and UI/UX design works.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
Basic understanding of u ser-centered design principles.
Experience creating assets for web, mobile, and gaming platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and take creative direction.
Familiarity with asset optimisation techniques for responsive and performance-focused design.
