About the Role

AskTalos is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team in Pune. If you're passionate about creating engaging social media creatives, marketing materials, and short-form videos that capture attention and drive results, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to brand growth and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and marketing content.
• Work closely with the team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and visual communication.
• Create thumbnails, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets as required.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media content formats.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar software.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing creatives.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work from the office in Pune.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and ad creatives.
• Understanding of branding and marketing communication.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
• Knowledge of AI-based design tools is a plus.
