Role Summary


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – UI/UX to create visually compelling digital experiences across our brand, website, and marketing channels. This role combines graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX design to build engaging customer experiences that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Development teams to design high-impact creatives, intuitive user interfaces, and conversion-focused digital assets while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting digital creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and other marketing campaigns — static ads, carousels, banners, and motion graphics.
  • Create engaging social media content across formats including posts, stories, reels, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Edit short-form videos for social media, advertisements, product showcases, customer testimonials, and brand campaigns.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web applications with a focus on user experience and conversion.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
  • Optimize creatives and UI designs based on campaign performance, user behavior, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging creative tools.

What we are looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or Visual Design, preferably in a startup, agency, SaaS, D2C, or technology-driven company.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, marketing creatives, branding work, and video editing capabilities (portfolio link is mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Experience with modern video editing tools such as CapCut or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, user journeys, and design systems.
  • Ability to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with business goals.
  • Strong visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to take feedback positively and continuously improve designs.
  • An eye for quality—you know the difference between something that simply looks good and something that drives results.
