Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer ?? Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh ?? Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years ?? Salary: Up to ?25,000 CTC (based on experience and skills) Key Responsibilities Design engaging graphics for digital and print media (banners, flyers, packaging, etc.) Develop product labels, packaging designs, and promotional creatives aligned with the brand Work on social media creatives, website banners, ads, and emailers Create visually appealing product mockups and marketing materials Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and product teams to ensure design consistency Revise designs based on feedback and brand guidelines Maintain awareness of current design trends and implement them effectively Ensure timely delivery of creative assets Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic designing Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory) Strong understanding of design aesthetics, typography, and color theory Experience in product design, label design, and branding Knowledge of visual storytelling and UI basics will be a plus A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work Preferred Skills Knowledge of fragrance/cosmetic industry design trends is an advantage Ability to take initiative and bring fresh design ideas Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
