Graphic Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer, located in Lebanon, PA. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts to communicate ideas, develop marketing materials, and collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality designs. Responsibilities include designing digital and print media, creating branding materials, and ensuring all visuals align with the company’s and clients’ brand guidelines. Efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines while innovating with new design trends is an integral part of this role.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with digital marketing assets, including social media creatives, display ads, and web-based visuals
• Understanding of branding, typography, and color theory
• Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
• Experience in working within an agency environment is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
