Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, based in Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content across media platforms, which includes designing graphics, marketing materials, and supporting branding initiatives. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team, adhering to project deadlines, and delivering creative and innovative design solutions. Providing expertise in typography and implementing effective design principles is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design to create captivating visual content
• Strong skills in Design and Branding to maintain cohesive visual identities
• Knowledge of Typography to enhance the visual aesthetics and communication of designs
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience in designing for the education or consultancy sector is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and core concepts thoroughly.
• Develop and conceptualise creative ideas.
• Execute design work according to established brand guidelines.
• Draft and edit company videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Maintain an open-minded approach to feedback for further development and improvement.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
