Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT System Support Engineer with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting end‑user systems, assisting with basic network operations, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT functionality across the organization. The role requires a willingness to learn, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to deliver timely support.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 technical support for end‑user systems, applications, and hardware
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems
- Support in managing desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Basic troubleshooting of network issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration
- Assist in routine server checks, monitoring, and updates
- Maintain and update accurate IT asset management records (critical)
- Support users with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications
- Log, track, and resolve service requests using IT ticketing tools
- Coordinate with IT vendors or service providers when required
- Follow IT policies and escalate issues appropriately
- Learn and adopt new technologies and internal systems
- Prepare and submit mandatory **daily, weekly, and monthly IT support reports**
- Basic knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting
- Understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and end‑user support skills
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Internship or 6–12 months experience in IT support
- Experience with IT ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or Jira
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes
- Relevant certifications: ITIL V4, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals
