Role Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will begin your career by learning to build and optimize scalable and secure systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and support. This role offers hands-on experience in developing backend and frontend components, understanding cybersecurity principles, and contributing to building robust SaaS solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand InstaSafe’s cybersecurity products, architecture, and features.
Assist with coding, debugging, and testing software components.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to enhance products.
Participate in network and security solution setup and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and documentation for product usage and issues.
Stay updated on cybersecurity and cloud technology trends.
Follow Agile processes and contribute actively in team sprints.

Technical Skills:

Basic programming and debugging skills (preferably in languages relevant to SaaS/cybersecurity).
Fundamental understanding of networking, security principles, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
