Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google and Facebook Ads Manager located in Lucknow. The Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across both Google and Facebook platforms. Tasks will include setting up campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics, identifying trends, managing ad budgets, and suggesting strategies to improve campaign performance. The manager will also collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management Knowledge of campaign optimization techniques, audience targeting, and analytics Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and refining strategies based on performance insights Experience in creating compelling ad copy, visuals, and maintaining brand consistency Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
