Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Google Ads Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns to achieve client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign optimization, performance analysis, reporting, and staying updated with the latest trends in paid advertising. The role requires collaboration with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta ads, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Paid Search campaigns
• Proficiency in Keyword Research, Campaign Optimization, and Ad Copy Creation
• Experience with Analytics platforms, Tracking, and Performance Reporting
• Basic knowledge of branding, sales and AI automation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas
• Certification in Google Ads is preferred. Min 2 years of experience
• Prior experience managing PPC campaigns in diverse industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is desirable
