About The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The role involves setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in budget management, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking to deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets for maximum efficiency.
• Perform regular keyword bid adjustments and negative keyword optimization.
• Monitor ad copy performance, implement updates, and run A/B testing.
• Optimize Quality Score, including landing page improvements.
• Manage and optimize location-based targeting.
• Set up and test conversion tracking for:
• Phone calls (30+ seconds talk time)
• Form submissions (not button clicks)
• Collect, analyze, and present accurate conversion data.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bid management, and Quality Score optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
