About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads and Facebook Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating high ROI from paid ads, a deep understanding of audience targeting, and the ability to craft compelling ad strategies. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). ? Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. ? Write engaging ad copies and design creatives (in collaboration with the design team). ? Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, reducing CPL (Cost Per Lead) and increasing conversions. ? Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools. ? A/B test ad creatives, placements, and audience targeting. ? Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes. ? Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. ? Requirements: ? Proven experience (2?4 years) in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. ? Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting. ? Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager. ? Ability to manage large ad budgets and optimize spends. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ?
