The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads & SEO Specialist with a proven track record in the IT services industry. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing our paid search (Google Ads) and organic search (SEO) strategies to generate high-quality leads and enhance our online visibility within the competitive IT services landscape. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B lead generation, IT service offerings, and the buyer journey for technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Management: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) aligned with lead generation goals for our IT services. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis relevant to the IT services market. Manage campaign budgets efficiently, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS). Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Utilize ad extensions and targeting options to improve ad relevance and performance. Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes and best practices. SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a data-driven SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings for key IT service offerings. Perform technical SEO audits, identify site-wide issues, and recommend solutions for improved crawlability and indexability. Conduct thorough keyword research and content gap analysis to inform content creation and optimization efforts. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure on-page optimization and semantic relevance. Develop and execute a link-building strategy focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources within the tech industry. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms. Analyze search trends and competitor SEO strategies within the IT services sector. Lead Generation & Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and alignment with business objectives. Track and report on lead generation metrics from both paid and organic channels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across all digital marketing efforts. Develop and maintain dashboards for reporting on key performance indicators.
