This role is for Founding Builder?caliber engineers who want to grow into partner/cofounder-level responsibility over a 3-year horizon . This is not a role for someone optimizing for a quick 20?30% salary jump. This is for builders who want to earn serious wealth through equity value over 3?5 years . What you?ll do Build and scale end-to-end web applications (front + back). Own features from spec ? architecture ? implementation ? release. Write clean, testable, production-grade code. Improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity. Work closely with product, design, growth, and leadership.
