Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Golang Developer to join our fast-paced development team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend engineering, with proven experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using Golang. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust APIs and microservices that drive mission-critical enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable backend components using Golang Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable, distributed systems Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery Write clean, maintainable, and secure code adhering to industry best practices Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system behaviour Participate in peer code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation Required Skills & Experience 3?6+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Solid grasp of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket) Basic knowledge of front-end integration and web security best practices Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC is a plus Contributions to open-source Golang projects or active GitHub profile Application Process If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about ensuring high-performing systems, we encourage you to apply immediately.
