Golang Developer

We are a company based in Pune and are looking for immediate joiners.

We are building a modern Automation, Ticketing & Customer Support Platform to manage workflows, SLAs, escalations, and API integrations at scale.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services using Golang
• Develop REST/gRPC APIs
• Implement automation logic & ticket lifecycle management
• Design systems for customer support workflows & escalations
• Integrate third-party APIs (Connectors like WhatsApp, CRM, etc.)
• Optimize performance and database queries

🛠 Required Skills

• Strong Golang fundamentals (goroutines, channels)
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Knowledge of Redis / caching
• Understanding of JWT/OAuth
• Familiarity with Docker & API architecture
• High ownership. Build from scratch. Scale with us.
• Work Experience: 1-3 years
