We are seeking an ambitious and strategic GTM Manager to drive revenue growth across both individual (SMB/PLG) and enterprise customer segments.This role is ideal for a SaaS sales professional with a global mindset and a passion for building scalable go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting B2B teams across SMB and enterprise segments globally
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and partner channels
  • Drive enterprise sales conversations with key decision-makers such as C-suite executives, VPs, and Sales Leaders across global markets
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on ICP, messaging, and positioning
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to pricing and packaging strategies
  • Track and report on key metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and pipeline velocity
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and drive account expansion

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in SaaS sales or GTM roles
  • Proven track record in both individual/SMB sales and enterprise sales
  • Experience selling to global markets such as the US, Europe, or APAC
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, outbound sales funnels, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling sales tech, outreach, or CRM SaaS products
  • Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) or hybrid sales models
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Previous experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups
