In this customer-facing technical role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include technical pre-sales support, building demos, driving client onboarding, and integrating systems effectively. You'll bridge product and engineering while capturing insights to influence the roadmap. Ideal candidates possess experience in SaaS architecture, API integration, and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Join sales calls to explain Stafio?s technical capabilities and handle deep-dive queries. Conduct tailored product demos, POCs, and technical workshops for prospects. Lead technical onboarding for new customers, including workflow setup and configurations. Own integration setups such as SSO, HRMS/ATS data imports, APIs, and webhooks. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering for quick resolution. Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the Product team. Provide structured market and feature feedback to influence roadmap decisions. Build and maintain demo environments, solution templates, and technical documentation. Train sales, CS, and partners on new product features and tech capabilities. Support enterprise deployments and coordinate with DevOps for on-prem or complex setups. Enable Sales and Marketing by setting up and maintaining GTM infrastructure, including CRM integrations, tracking systems, outbound workflows, demo environments, and technical automation required for campaigns. Qualifications Experience Level: Mid-level to Senior (3-8 years) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. Exposure to recruitment tech, HRMS, ATS, or talent systems. Experience working in early-stage SaaS.
