JD for Full-Stack / Back-End Developer – Go Language About the Role We are looking for an experienced Go (Golang) Developer with 7–10 years of experience, capable of contributing either as a strong back-end engineer or as a full‑stack developer. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on expertise in building cloud-native applications using Go, experience working with microservices architecture, and a solid understanding of modern front-end development (ReactJS/Angular) if positioned as full‑stack. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang). Build and improve cloud‑native microservices with high scalability and reliability. (For full‑stack candidates) Develop interactive and responsive UIs using ReactJS or Angular. Ensure clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code. Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to design optimal data models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system design, performance, and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack. Participate in code reviews, estimations, sprint planning, and solution discussions. Required Skills & Experience Back-End Expertise (Golang) Strong hands-on experience writing production-grade applications in Go. Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience building REST APIs, gRPC services, or event-driven systems. Solid understanding of concurrency patterns, Go routines, and Go memory model. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Strong debugging skills and ability to analyse logs to identify critical issues in large‑scale production environments. Fair knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Front-End Expertise (For Full‑Stack Role) Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Hands‑on experience with ReactJS or Angular. Understanding of state management, reusable components, and UI performance optimisation. General Requirements 7–10 years of relevant industry experience. Strong problem‑solving skills and understanding of engineering best practices. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions. Good to Have Experience with system performance tuning and optimisation. Good know‑how of Jira, Agile practices, Git ecosystem, and version control workflows. Experience with monitoring/log analysis tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
