Role Overview:

The Global VP – Talent & People Strategy is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's global talent strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. This role is critical to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent worldwide, driving organizational effectiveness, and positioning the company as an employer of choice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Lead the design and execution of innovative talent programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention across all regions.
  • Oversee the global talent acquisition function, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to attracting and recruiting top talent in diverse markets.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop customized solutions to address specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and ensuring equitable opportunities for all employees.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a global performance management system that drives accountability, provides constructive feedback, and recognizes high performance.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of leadership development programs that build the capabilities of current and future leaders.
  • Manage the global employee engagement survey process, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key talent metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of talent programs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in all regions where the company operates.
  • Manage the talent and people strategy budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all talent-related matters.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and trends.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful talent strategies in a complex, global organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a large, multinational corporation.


Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:

  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
