Role Overview

As the Global Process Lead you will drive the standardised global process that our finance and resource management tools are built upon. A senior cross-functional finance and resource management expert, you will coordinate across all global regions US, APAC, LATAM and EMEA to ensure unified participation in developing the global designs that build out our core applications. Where product managers drive local rollout, you will define the "to-be" way of working across all markets, ensuring each application is configured to an agreed global standard rather than reverse-engineered from local variation. Partnering with the central product and business teams, you will translate process intent into platform requirements and secure the regional and workstream alignment needed for final decisions to be agreed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Process Design & Ownership: Define, document, and own the end-to-end global process in Products like Trinity, by establishing the standard that every market adopts.
  • Standardisation & Guardrails: Set what is fixed globally versus where genuine local variation is permitted and protect that boundary by exception.
  • Process Governance & Change Control: Act as the decision-maker on process change requests, adjudicating global versus local exceptions and safeguarding the integrity of the standard.
  • Requirements & Build Alignment: Serve as the business counterpart to the central product and engineering teams, translating the agreed process into clear requirements and signing off process readiness for release.
  • Data Governance & Controls: Embed data governance, control points, and reconciliation standards into the process design, ensuring financial control is maintained as the standard scales across markets.
  • Process Performance & KPIs: Define and monitor process KPIs (cycle time, adoption, control health, data quality), driving continuous improvement based on evidence.
  • Cross-Market Alignment: Convene Regional Leads and market stakeholders to surface conflicts, align on the standard, and prevent divergence as new markets onboard.
  • End-to-End Integration: Ensure the systems like Trinity process connects cleanly to adjacent systems and process steps (e.g. resourcing and HR), so handoffs are deliberate and free of duplication where possible.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Sponsorship: Build trusted relationships with senior finance, technology, and operating-company stakeholders, acting as the authoritative voice on the global process and securing the sponsorship needed to enforce it.
  • Cross-Functional & Cross-System Reach: Work across finance, technology, resourcing, and HR, influencing the end-to-end flow well beyond a single system boundary.
  • Influence at Scale: Combine the autonomy of a small, dynamic central team with the reach to standardise ways of working across a global organisation.
  • Prioritisation Framework: Own and apply a transparent, criteria-based framework for ranking competing demands against finite delivery capacity, balancing value, risk, control, and global versus local trade offs, so the highest-value work is sequenced first and decisions remain evidence-based and trackable.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Seasoned Resource Management/ People & Finance Professional: Deep, hands-on expertise across multiple workstreams with a track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Global Process Leadership: Proven experience leading global or large-scale regional process ownership roles in a multinational, dynamic environment.
  • ERP Acumen: Strong command of ERP finance/ people processes.
  • Exceptional Influencer: Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across regions and functions, including senior leadership.
  • Master Facilitator: Superior facilitation skills for global workshops, governance forums, and cross-functional alignment initiatives.
  • Strategic Agility: A strategic thinker with a keen ability to balance global standardization with essential regional and local requirements.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working across US, APAC, and EMEA business structures is highly advantageous.
  • Transformation Catalyst: Prior involvement in large-scale finance transformation programs, demonstrating strong analytical and change-management capabilities, is a significant plus.

What Success Looks Like:

  • The seamless adoption of a unified global process across all regions.
  • Measurable reduction in regional process variations.
  • A highly efficient and standardized shared model across the globe.
  • Effective governance and timely design approvals, ensuring robust process integrity.
  • Achieving cross-regional alignment and operational readiness for People & FP&A platforms
