Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Ensure the effective delivery of global mobility and immigration services across The University. You will play a key part in maintaining robust administrative systems and accurate records to meet UKVI and other regulatory and legal requirements. This includes supporting the preparation and submission of Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), ATAS documentation, and other immigration-related processes, while providing timely, accurate advice and guidance to international employees and colleagues.
The position contributes to the smooth and compliant management of immigration activities, data integrity, and reporting, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within People Services. By ensuring high standards of service and compliance, the role helps The University attract and retain international talent and maintain its reputation as a globally connected institution.
