Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the primary Business Partner for the Finance FRA function, ensuring best‑practice process and technology solution design.

• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for SAP‑enabled accounting platforms, ensuring alignment with Finance priorities and industry best practices.

• Drive digitization and automation of end‑to‑end accounting, Treasury, Tax, GFMD, and GFCF processes to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

• Leverage SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics, RPA, and embedded business rules to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance financial performance.

• Partner with global and regional Finance teams, Architecture, and Data Analytics to ensure a modern, compliant, future‑ready Finance technology landscape.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

• Ensure all Finance systems adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls, maintaining data quality and mitigating operational risks.

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact SAP projects, promoting collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Champion global standardization and harmonization of accounting processes to ensure consistency and scalability across regions.

• KPI: 100% alignment of SAP Finance solutions to Sandoz Finance strategic priorities, with on‑time delivery and full compliance to internal controls.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of relevant professional IT experience supporting Finance and Accounting functions.

• Proven expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance, with deep knowledge in FI, CO‑PC, CO‑OM, Profit Center Accounting, Project Systems, and TRM/FSCM, preferably within Pharma or FMCG.

• Strong understanding of SAP module integration points and Finance end‑to‑end processes.

• Demonstrated industry experience working with complex enterprise landscapes and global SAP Core/Template governance.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Multiyear leadership and people‑management experience with strong team‑building capabilities.

• Proven ability to deliver results in fast‑paced, dynamic, and multicultural environments while driving innovation.

• Experience with SAP analytics landscape, automation technologies, and data‑driven Finance initiatives.

• Experience with ITIL frameworks and service‑management methodologies.

• Essential skills: Business acumen, strategic planning, stakeholder management, technical analysis, project management, and talent development.

• Languages: English (fluent).

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in global process harmonization and standardization initiatives.

• Professional certifications in SAP Finance, project management, or ITIL.
